SB சுற்றறிக்கை 4/2016

இந்திய அரசாங்கம் புழக்கத்தில் உள்ள Rs,500, RS.1000 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை  8.11.2016 நள்ளிரவு முதல் திரும்ப பெற்று கொண்டுள்ளது.

இதன் காரணமாக புழக்கத்தில் உள்ள Rs.500, Rs.1000 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை  மாற்றிக் கொள்ள கீழ் கண்ட ஏற்பாடுகள் அனைத்து தபால் அலுவலகங்களில் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

I.500, Rs.1000 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை  மாற்றிக் கொள்ளும் வசதி :

1. பொது மக்கள் இந்த சேவையினை 10.11.2016 முதல் 24.11.2016 வரை அனைத்து தபால் அலுவலகங்களிலும் (HO/SO) பெற்று கொள்ளலாம்.

2. இதற்காக பிரத்தியேக கவுன்டர்கள் எல்லா தபால் நிலையங்களிலும்(HO/SO) செயல்படும்.

3. இந்த சேவையை பெற விரும்பும் பொதுமக்கள், தங்களிடம் உள்ள பழைய Rs.500/- மற்றும் Rs.1000/- நோட்டுகளை, தலைமை/துணை தபால் அலவலகத்தில் கொடுக்கலாம். அதிகபட்சமாக ஒரு நபருக்கு, பழைய ரூபாய் நோட்டுக்கு பதில், Rs.4000/- மட்டுமே ரொக்கமாக வழங்கப்படும். இதற்காக அந்த நபர், தபால் அலுவலகத்தில் இதற்கென உள்ள படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து எதாவது ஒரு அங்கீரிக்கப்பட்ட அடையாள அட்டையின் (Aadhar Card,  Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pass Port, Identity Card Issued by Government Department, Public Sector Unit to its Staff, PAN Card, Identity Card Issued by Government Department, Public Sector Unit to its Staff)  நகலினை கொடுத்து இந்த சேவையை பெற்று கொள்ளலாம்.

II. போஸ்ட் ஆபீஸ் சேமிப்பு கணக்கிலும் பணம் செலுத்தும் வசதி:   

1.            Rs.500/- மற்றும் Rs.1000/- நோட்டுக்களை வைத்திருக்கும் பொதுமக்கள்,  தபால் வங்கி சேமிப்பு கணக்கிலும் (POSB) செலுத்தலாம். அவ்வாறு செலுத்தப்படும் தொகையானது (No limit) சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நபரின் தபால் அலுவலக வங்கி கணக்கில் செலுத்தப்படுமானால் அடையாள சான்றிதழ் எதுவும் தேவையில்லை.

2.            பிறருடைய கணக்கில் பணம் செலுத்த வருபவர்கள் , கணக்கு வைதிருபவரிடமிருந்து தன்னை அங்கீகரித்தற்கான கடிதத்தையும்(Authorization letter) ,கொண்டு வருபவரின் அடையாள அட்டையையும் கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்.

3.            தபால் அலுவலகத்தில் சேமிப்பு கணக்கு இல்லாத பட்சத்தில் அவர் புதிய தபால் அலுவலக சேமிப்பு கணக்கு துவங்கி அதில் டெபாசிட்(No Limit )செய்யவும் வசதி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது

                இதற்காக Rs.50/- மட்டும் தபால் அலுவலகத்தில் செலுத்தி புதிய           கணக்கினை துவக்கலாம். அவ்வாறு சேமிப்பு வங்கி கணக்கு துவங்கும்              போது அதற்கென உள்ள KYC படிவங்களையும் வழங்க வேண்டும்.            அவ்வாறு சேமிப்பு கணக்கு துவங்க விரும்பும் நபர்கள் தபால்         அலுவலகத்துக்கு நேரிடையாக வர வேண்டும்.

III.போஸ்ட் ஆபீஸ் சேமிப்பு கணக்கிலும் பணம் எடுக்கும் முறை :

1. சேமிப்பு வங்கி கணக்கில் இருந்து பணம் எடுக்க விரும்பும் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்   வழக்கமான பணம் பெறும் படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து  அதிகபட்சமாக Rs.10,000/- த்தை தலைமை தபால் அலுவலகத்திலும்(HO)/ துணை தபால் அலுவலகத்திலும் (SO)பெற்று கொள்ளலாம். கிளை அஞ்சல் அலுவலகத்தை (Branch office )பொறுத்த வரை Rs.5000/- மட்டுமே பெற்று கொள்ள முடியும்.

இவ்வாறு ஒரு நபர் அதிகபட்சமாக Rs.20,000/- மட்டுமே ஒரு வாரத்தில் பெற்று கொள்ள முடியும்.

IV.  எல்லா தபால் அலுவலகமும்,10.11.2016 முதல்  அங்கீகரிகப்பட்ட வங்கிகளிலிருந்து பணம் எடுத்துவந்த பிறகே, பண பரிவர்த்தனை துவங்க முடியும்.அதனால், பொது மக்கள் தயவு கூர்ந்து, அவர்களின் பண பரிவர்த்தனை நேரத்தை அறிந்து கொண்டு,  பண மாறுதலுக்கோ , பணம் எடுப்பதற்கோ  செல்லுமாறும்  வேண்டுகிறோம்.

Postal athletics tourney kicks off

 

LUDHIANA: The 31st All India Postal Athletics & Cycling Tournament-2016 kicked off atGuru Nanak Stadium on Wednesday. As many as 182 participants of 12 teams from different states, and Army Postal Services will participate in 36 events. 

Athletic events were organized at Guru Nanak Stadium, and cycling competition at the velodrome of Punjab Agricultural University. On the first day, in the 1,500-metre race for men, Vivek Kumar of Rajasthan came first, Umesh Kuvar of Gujarat second, and R Ramesh of Andhra Pradesh third. In the 1,500-metre race for women, Ritu Dinkar of Rajasthan, SR Desai of Karnataka, and Hanha Baria of Gujarat took the first, second, and third spots respectively.

In long jump, Renu Bala of Odisha, G Lavanya of Tamil Nadu, and Manju Kumari of Rajasthan came first, second, and third respectively. In the 100-metre race for men, V Sanjay of Karnataka, Sajid NP of Kerala, and S Pandiyan of Tamil Nadu came first, second, and third respectively. In the 100-metre race for women, Renu Bala of Odisha, G Lavanya of Tamil Nadu, and Disha Patel of Gujarat came first, second, and third respectively.
