            பொருள் : SDBS திட்டத்தில சேர்ந்துள்ள GDS ஊழியர்களும் தங்கள்

                பங்களிப்பினை செலுத்துதல் – தொடர்பாக.

            At present the Department is contributing Rs.200/- per month to each  GDS staff who are enrolled in Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) and deposits the amount in the PRAN account.  Now the Directorate has allowed the GDS beneficiaries also to subscribe / contribute towards Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) vide Directorate letter NO. F.No.6-11/2009-PE-II(Part) dated 31.10.2013.

Hence all the GDS staff who are already enrolled in Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) and willing to subscribe towards this scheme can contribute Rs.200/- from their TRCA. The contribution towards this scheme shall be deducted by the concerned DDO from the monthly TRCA of the GDS and a total sum of Rs.400/- will be deposited in the PRAN account.

GDS staff who are enrolled in Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) and willing to subscribe towards this scheme must forward a willingness letter in the form of Annexure I to this office.

இதுவரை Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்துள்ள GDS ஊழியர்களுக்காக அரசு மாதாமாதம் ரூ.200/- ஐ GDS ஊழியர்களின்  PRAN account ல் செலுத்தி வருகிறது.

தற்போது GDS ஊழியர்களும் தங்கள் பங்களிப்பினை மாதாமாதம் செலுத்துவதற்கு Directorate letter NO. F.No.6-11/2009-PE-II(Part) dated 31.10.2013 மூலம் வாய்ப்பு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆகவே, Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்துள்ள GDS ஊழியர்களும்  தங்கள் TRCA வில் இருந்து ரூ.200/-  தங்கள்  PRAN account ல் செலுத்தலாம். மொத்தமாக ரூ.400/- GDS ஊழியர்களின்  PRAN account ல் செலுத்தப்படும்.

Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்துள்ள GDS ஊழியர்கள் தங்கள் TRCA வில் இருந்து ரூ.200/- தங்கள் PRAN account ல் செலுத்த விரும்பினால், தங்கள் விருப்பத்தை Annexure I படிவத்தை நிரப்பி இந்த அலுவலகதிற்கு (Divisional office) அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

Service Discharge Benefit Scheme (SDBS) திட்டத்தில் சேர்வதற்காக தற்போது NL S1 form ஐ உட்கோட்ட ஆய்வாளரிடம் (Inspector Posts) தரும் GDS ஊழியர்கள் தங்கள் TRCA வில் இருந்து ரூ.200/- தங்கள் PRAN account ல் செலுத்த விரும்பினால், தங்கள் விருப்பத்தை Annexure II படிவத்தை நிரப்பி NL S1 படிவத்துடன் உட்கோட்ட ஆய்வாளரிடம் (ASP/IP) 31.01.2014 க்குள் தர வேண்டும்.

All sub divisional heads in Namakkal division for giving wide publicity and guidance among all GDS. The applications along with the option forms received from the GDS may be forwarded to this office in one lump sum duly verified and signed on or before 03.02.2014.
