The Central Vigilance Commission has directed to observance the Vigilance Awareness Week from 31.10.11 to 05.11.11 and RO has directed to take the following pledge at all the operative and administrative offices.
PLEDGE
“ WE, THE PUBLIC SERVANTS OF INDIA, DO HERBY SOLEMNLY PLEDGE THAT WE SHALL CONTINUOUSLY STRIVE TO BRING ABOUT INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY IN ALL SPHERES OF OUR ACTIVITIES. WE ALSO PLEDGE THAT WE SHALL WORK UNSTINTINGLY FOR ERADICATION OF CORRUPTION IN ALL SPHERES OF LIFE. WE SHALL REMAIN VIGILANT AND WORK TOWARDS THE GROWTH AND REPUTATION OF OUR ORGANISATION. THROUGH OUR COLLECTIVE EFFORTS, WE SHALL BRING PRIDE TO OUR ORGANISATION AND PROVIDE VALUE BASED SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRYMEN. WE SHALL DO OUR DUTY CONSCIENTIOUSLY AND ACT WITHOUT FEAR OR FAVOUR”.
Hence all the head of the offices are instructed to ensure that the pledge is taken on 31.10.2011 (Monday) at 1100 hours without fail and it may be displayed in the notice board at all the offices and a compliance report in this regard should be sent to this office
