Kindly
refer to the above. This is regarding submission of revised due mail &
sorting list with respect to changes of redesigned network for first and second
class mail.
The PMs
/ SPMs were directed to prepare a fresh Due Mail & Sorting List as per the
revised norms as stated above and to submit to this office for approval on or before 14.06.2013. Though it was reiterated by this office in
the previous letter most of the SPMs were simply submitted the photo copy of
the previous DM&SL without making any correction and the report is yet to
be received from most of the office. Hence all are directed to submit the DM
& SL as per the revised norms i.e., TD and Non-TD for first class, second
class mails and SP bags and before submitting the report the SPM should ensure
the correctness of the details.
Now the
PMG(MM), Circle Office, Chennai has fixed a cut-off date as 10.08.13 for
completing this task. Hence all the SPMs/PMs are requested to submit the report
(even though submitted previously) at once through hard copy and
also a soft copy through the e-mail id (nkldiv.wr@gmail.com) of this office within 3 days. Delay
in submission of the report will be viewed seriously.
