A copy of
C.O letter no.WLF/CWFGDS/2013 dated 23.09.13, 26.09.13 and D.G (Post), O.M
No.19-31/2012-WL/Sport dated 17.09.13 are enclosed herewith for information and
necessary action.
* The above
said scheme has now been approved by the competent authority and will come into
force w.e.f 01.10.13 by discontinuing all other welfare schemes.
* The CWF for GDS shall be managed by
the Managing Committee as per clause 10 of the bye laws and head of the Region
will be the final authority in deciding the financial grants and payment will
be made by Regional treasurer.
* Subscription
for Oct’13 to Mar’13 is to be recovered in one lump sum from the pay of
Oct’2013 and to be sent to the Regional treasurer.
* For the forthcoming financial years the
recovery of Rs.20/- per month will be deducted from the pay of April every
year.
* Presentation
of memento to the retiring GDS will be stopped w.e.f 01.10.2013
* The scheme is mandatory and is
applicable to all regularly engaged GDS and will not cover the substitute,
working place of GDSs on leave arrangement and provisionally engaged GDS.
