During
the Circle Welfare Board meeting held on 21.02.12 chaired by the Chief
Postmaster General, TN Circle and the President, Circle Postal Staff Welfare
Board under item No.6(1), it has been decided to increase the voluntary
contribution with effect from 01.04.2012 to Circle Welfare Fund as follows and
it was agreed upon by all the members.

The Postmaster, Namakkal /
Tiruchengodu are requested to recover the enhanced rate of voluntary
contribution to CWF w.e.f 01.04.12 from the pay and allowance payable on
30.04.2012. All other conditions regarding remittance of the amount to Regional
Office and Circle Office hold good.
