In respect of Surplus Qualified Candidate, the official has to submit his option letter w.r.t to Annexure III (copy enclosed) so as to reach this office on or before 11.02.2012. If any of the selected official declines the promotion, the declination letter in the prescribed proforma should also be forwarded to this office on or before 11.02.2012.
