All the SPMs and PMs are need to be submit a monthly statement on MMS breakdown to Divisional on the first week of every month. But most of the SPMs are not at all sent it to this office. Due to the non receipt of this statement the MMS subsidy bills are unable to be passed. The MMS statement from the following offices are wanted for the period noted against each.
1. SPM, Semmedu - from 08/11
2. SPM, Sellappampatti - from 07/11
3. SPM, Mallasamudram - from 08/11
4. SPM, Varagur - from 09/11
5. SPM, Sendamangalam - from 10/11
The statements of remaining offices from Nov’11 are not received.
Hence all the SPMs are requested to send the pending statement within a week and submit the same regularly in future.
