Appointment in MTS cadre

The under mentioned GDS official who has been selected for appointment as MTS under seniority quota for the vacancies of the year 2011 is allotted to the unit mentioned below.

1.    The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to the fulfilling all other conditions prescribed for appointment.

2.    The appointing authority concerned should verify the correctness of their Date of Birth, Community, Date of Entry in GDS cadre etc. with the original records before appointing them in MTS cadre in the unit. Any discrepancy noticed in this regard should be reported to this office promptly and the appointment of the official kept in abeyance.

3.    The SAA should also ensure that the enquiry papers and Health Certificate to be obtained from the concerned authorities are collected and placed on record before the candidates are actually appointed.
