The annual indent for procuring all kinds of canvas, blue drills, Nylon, EMS speed and polypropylene bags required for Post Offices in the Tamilnadu Circle is to be prepared by the Circle Bag Office, Chennai and to be submitted to Directorate for approval. For this purpose the particulars regarding monthwise consumption of all kinds and types of canvas, blue drills, Nylon, Speed and polypropylene bags for the period from February 2011 to January 2012 and the total annual requirement of your office may be furnished in the enclosed proforma. Correct assessment may be made since indent placed later for more number of bags will not be entertained.
The consolidated report of monthwise consumption of bags should be submitted to this office on or before 16.02.2012
