1. The limited Departmental competitive Examination for promotion to the cadre of Postmaster Grade I is scheduled to be held on 03.06.2012.
2. Eligibility: The Postal Assistants working in post offices in the Pay Band –I i.e Rs.5200-20200/- with a Grade pay of Rs.2400/- with 05 years of regular service are eligible. The crucial date for computing the minimum qualifying service of 05 years will be as on 01.01.2012.
3. This may be brought to notice of all officials those who are on leave, training, deputation under proper accquitance without fail.
4. The applications on plain paper from willing officials may be obtained and intimated to this office over phone before 1000 Hrs on 18.04.2012. The willingness letter must reach this office before 19.04.2012.
