Sub: Grant of cycle advance for the year 2012-2013

Fresh applications are called for from
Departmental Official and GDS, for the grant of advance for the purchase of
bi-cycle for the year 2012-2013. Advance will be sanctioned to those officials
who are applying for the first time. Conditions for grant of advance already
stipulated should be strictly followed while forwarding applications.
2. The ED Agents should be
informed of this through BO slips properly. Applications from ED agents should
be forwarded to the IPs concerned so as to reach them on or before 02.07.2012.
The ASP/IPs in turn will forward the applications of the ED agents in one lump
to the Postmasters concerned with their recommendations on or before 04.07.12.
3. Applications received from
Departmental officials should be forwarded to the Postmasters concerned so as
to reach on or before 04.07.12
4. The contents of this letter should be brought
to the notice of all eligible officials including those who are on
leave/deputation/training and their acquittance got in token of having seen the
same.
5. At
the head office the applications received should be sorted out in the following manner: -
Part I –
Departmental officials - 1st
time.
Part II – Ed
Agents - 1st
time
Part III
–Departmental officials - 2nd
and subsequent times
Part IV- ED
Agents - --do--
6. All the applications duly verified in all
respects may be forwarded to this office by HOs in one lump on or before 07.07.12.
The correctness of the particulars furnished should be ensured.
