Complaints received regarding non receipt of AD cards- instructions

Sub:   Complaints received regarding non receipt of AD cards, delay in delivery of AD cards, non delivery of letters, Delay in delivery of time bound articles (Passports, Counseling letters of M.B.B.S, B.E, etc)-reg.

Non receipt of AD cards, delay in delivery of AD cards-reg.
·        Non receipt of AD cards.
·        AD cards received without proper seal and date of delivery.
·        Delay in delivery of the AD cards to the sender of the article.
·        Wrong information regarding the delivery P.O

Lot of Complaints is received in the above said aspects frequently.
Hence, it is strictly instructed to make proper handling of AD cards to avoid such complaints in future.

Non delivery of letters sent by Sri.N.Saravanan, Secretary, Tamilnadu Public Health Retired Officials Association-reg.

                        The Secretary, Tamilnadu Public Health Retired Officials Association has alleged the following in his complaint.

·        Birth day greetings to the members and the General Body, E.C meeting letters of Tamilnadu Public Health Retired Officials Association are sent by post.
·        Most of the letters send by the Association are not delivered for the last three years. Due to this, the functioning of the Association activities is in difficult for the smooth function.

Hence, it is instructed to ensure prompt delivery of the letters received
from Tamilnadu Health Retired Officials Association to avoid such complaints in future.

Delay in delivery of time bound documents-reg.

                        Lot of complaints is received regarding delay in delivery of time bound documents (like Passports, Counseling letters of M.B.B.S, B.E, etc).
           
                        Last year also lots of complaints received regarding delay in delivery of counseling letters. Due to delay in delivery of such articles, they could not attend the counseling.
                        Hence, it is strictly instructed to make prompt delivery of article in time without any delay to avoid such complaints.
