            Sub     :           Non-returning of empty PP bag to PSD – reg

            Ref      :           This office letter of even no.dated 03.01.12

            Kindly refer to the above, wherein it had been instructed to return the Polypropylene bags which were sent by PSD for supply of forms and stationeries to Post offices. But SP, PSD has intimated that still the position is not improved at his office and due to this PSD faces acute shortage for Polypropylene bags and causing much difficulty in despatch of further supplies.

            Therefore all are once again requested to return all the empty Polypropylene bags to Postal Store Depot, Coimbatore, which were received from PSD immediately without any hold.
