This is regarding submission of
monthly premium products report in point
of sale and Speed post delivery performance report in speednet module.
As per the Regional office instructions
all the PMs/SPMs are instructed to send the above
mentioned screen shot report through
email every month after complete of account ending date to this office.
For April 2012 ,you are instructed to send the
screenshot immediately to this office through
email tomorrow on or before 1200 hours. Already the mail id and
password has been circulated to all the offices. On receipt of the screen shot
report from all office , Divisional office has to send a report to RO on 5.5.2012. Therefore priority should be given .
The steps required to send screen shot report to given below.
Premium product reports:
Point of sale-supervisor-reports-other
reports- consolidated- premium products-transaction date( account ending date)
–Speed post-screen-ok
Speed
post delivery performance report
Open speed net- operator- reports-delivery- Speed post article-
performance of postman- (account ending date) – screen –ok.
